• A business that specialises in construction are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. This company take great pride in the quality of work they produce and work with commercial and industrial clients across the North West.
• They are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role working on general construction jobs and happy to travel to sites.
• Location: Oldham with travel to sites as and when required
• Package: £55,000 – £60,000 + car allowance
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget
• Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff
• Able to work on projects that are in a live environment
• Liaise with site staff and the client
• Skills and experience:
• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager
• Willingness to travel to sites
• Experience working on live environments
• Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary
• Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
