Ionic is working with an award winning, market leading new build housing developer who’ve been building high-quality homes for over 40 years. They are going through a period of sustained growth and are seeking to appoint an experienced site engineer to work across both existing and new developments throughout the North West.

Possessing a strong balance sheet and solid land bank, you would have the opportunity to work within a financially secure, market leading company with a focus on quality over quantity.

You will be working as part of a close-knit, friendly team. You will have the support of other members of the engineering team and have the opportunity to progress into more senior roles within the business as it continues to grow. They offer fantastic career development, competitive salary with a company car and a fully comprehensive benefits package.

Your main responsibilities will include the supervision of section 38, Section 104, section 185 and section 278 works including final surfacing works, appointing contractors and consultants in agreement with the engineering manager. You will also be required to assist with site investigations and the production of AutoCAD road and sewer drawings.

You will have experience working with a housing developer as a site engineer and a commercial awareness to benefit you for the agreement of costs and variations with contractors. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with an award-winning company that has a firm commitment to the training and development of its team, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
