Job Description

Ionic is presently working alongside an established housing developer who is currently looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor due to growth of the business

Owing to an extremely successful year, they now have all land and planning in place to expand the business by 300% and are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to assist with the delivery of the work and the growth of the business overall. Since 2016 they have doubled the number of sites they are working on and are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can be part of the team and take assist them in progressing the business to the next level.

The company are family run and work alongside a large organisation who has a reputation for providing their staff with a great working environment. You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor or in an Assistant Quantity Surveying role working on new build housing and have a can-do attitude.

There is no limit to what can be achieved within this business and anyone coming in with the right attitude and willing to prove their worth will be rewarded. The company have plans to double in size over the next 2 years which will offer progression for those who desire it as well as stability for the business.
