Ionic is currently working with a well established, multi-award winning residential developer who delivers a product that is unlike anything else currently being delivered by other housing developers. In the last 12 months, they have achieved in excess of £40m turnover and already have a projected pipeline in place that will see this figure double over the next 18 months.

As a business, they are at the forefront of off-site construction and owing to substantial growth and investment in place for the business to grow as fast as the market will allow they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Manchester.

Joining the company as a Quantity Surveyor you’ll be responsible for undertaking the full scope of commercial duties for several large-scale new build housing developments across the Northwest. The role will see you involved from cradle to grave including involvement with marketing and cash flow and the company are offering this role with full autonomy.

This is a real opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to be involved in all aspects including groundworks, landscaping working across a diverse range of projects within a fun business who are always developing new methods of construction, in turn constantly presenting opportunities for you to develop your career and skill-set.
