Ionic is working with a well-established, award-winning and market-leading Construction Company that has an unparalleled reputation for delivering projects to the highest possible standard.

Their high standards of project delivery have seen them scoop several prestigious construction awards over the years.

Owing to a marked increase in projects, which will see the company’s output grow by 45% together with internal promotions they are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor overseeing a number of new build housing sites. You will be allowed to grow with the business and there would be a strong emphasis on your personal development, enabling you to focus on your career.

Reporting directly to the commercial director you will be overlooking 3 – 4 live sites at any given time. Your duties will include estimating tendering, subcontractor procurement, liaising with site teams, site meetings, final accounts, budgets, development projections bi-monthly and manage/mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

To qualify for this opportunity, you will have worked in the house build sector and have experience of running at least three sites. You will also be fully IT literate, coupled with strong communication skills.
