Ionic is currently working with a well-established, multi-award-winning developer who has delivered high spec developments over the last 30 years, due to continued expansion the company is looking to employ a Senior Architectural Technician.
This family-run company are predicting to quadruple their sites by 2020, this will see their current live sites increase by 50% in 2019 and 60% in 2020
Due to their planned growth, they are now looking to add a Senior Architectural Technician that can assist them with the development of the business. You will be joining a close-knit team that has managed to build a supportive environment. You will be given the opportunity to develop as a Senior Architectural Technician and in turn, advance your career within the business as it continues to grow.
You will be joining the company as a Senior Architectural Technician, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Your job role will include, ensuring that all designs are adhered to by any contractors, coordinating and liaising with the site staff, project managers, structural engineers and buyers, you will also have previous experience working alongside external consultants.
You will need a minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician working within Residential, Student Accommodation and Extra Care schemes. You will also need to be proficient in using Revit.
